We Do Not Except Returns Or Exchanges, All Sales Are Final. Please Be Sure Of Your Purchase Before Submitting Payment.
Damage Issues: All Funko Pops that are for sale on the site are at least a 8.5/10 and Please be assured that if there is noticeable damage we will point it out in the description as well as give a discount off of the PPG Price.
However if you receive the package and it is damaged due to the carrier’s mishandling (MAKE SURE TO TAKE SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE UNOPENED PACKAGE) just in case the item(s) are damaged as well. If the item(s) are damaged as well and Do Not match the pictures on our website then please contact SICC POPS! via email siccpops@gmail.com with your claim within 3 day’s of your item(s) being delivered, and let us know what the issues are and please send multiple pictures of the item(s) that are damaged along with the pictures of the unopened box damage. To be eligible for a return please make sure to follow those steps or your claim may be denied.
